Cherry Eye

What is Cherry Eye?

Cherry eye occurs when the gland of the third eyelid slides out of place. North Houston Veterinary Ophthalmology has procedures to tack this gland back into place. It is not recommended to have this gland cut out or removed because this can cause future complications.
